Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to send back unworn bikinis and clothing bought on shopcaliforniahigh.com. Pieces need to be in new condition with tags and hygiene liners still attached.

Pick how you want it back

• Exchange, free. Swap for a different size or print, as long as it's in stock.
• Store credit, free. The full amount, sent to the email on your order.
• Refund. Back to your original payment method, minus a $7 return label fee.

How to start a return

1. Email info@shopcaliforniahigh.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item, and whether you want an exchange, store credit or a refund.
2. We email you a prepaid return label.
3. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we ship your exchange, issue your store credit, or process your refund.

What can't come back

Worn or washed pieces, anything missing its tags or liner, items marked final sale, and anything past 14 days from delivery.
