Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During sales, launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. Please allow up to 5 business days.

Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or returned packages.

If you notice an issue with your address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
