Shipping Policy

We make every effort to process and ship all in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the same business day they are placed; however, please allow up to five (5) business days for order processing and shipment during periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, California High is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, lost packages, or other disruptions caused by postal carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. California High is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Our shipping department processes and ships orders 7-14 business days from the day the order is placed. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Please note that all ground and non-contiguous shipments are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.
